Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment or order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are typically between 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and courier partner. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where available, orders can be placed with a Cash on Delivery payment option. COD availability depends on your delivery location and order value, and will be confirmed at checkout.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@cookorakitchen.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
