You can check where your parcel is in two easy ways.
1. Track from your account
Sign in with your registered email or mobile number, open your order, and you will see the live courier tracking for that shipment.
2. Track from your shipping email
As soon as your order is packed and handed over to the courier, we send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Tap that link any time to see the latest status.
Need help?
Tracking normally goes live within 24 hours of dispatch. If it has been longer than that, write to us with your order number and we will check it for you.
